Our values

There are three core values at Liberty IT, built around:

• people;
• customer success; and
• teamwork.

Each value, comprising a set of strongly focused statements, was originated by a voluntary group of employees and developed in tandem with senior managers.

Our values put respect and encouragement for individuals, a can-do response to customers and a shared sense of purpose at the core of everything we do.

They also set the ethos and tone of the friendly and lively company culture, underpinning our exceptional team morale.
