Liberty IT Receives Investors in People 10 Year Award

Liberty IT was first recognised as an Investor in People in December 1999 and is delighted to have recently received a certificate celebrating 10 years of recognition.

IIP is a business improvement tool which sets the level of best practice for improving an organisation's performance through its employees. Successful achievement of this award demonstrates that the organisation recognises its employees as its most important asset and marks its commitment to the continuous improvement of people, processes and practices.

In order to retain the award Liberty IT has had a rigorous review every three years. The reviews have highlighted that the organisation demonstrates a genuine commitment, driven from the top down, to ensuring the culture, ethos and values of IIP are adopted across all areas.
