We give you a chance to help others
In 2006 Liberty IT staff gave over £13,000 to charities in Northern Ireland. From coffee mornings to healthy eating days to pub quizzes, the flurry of activity that raises the money keeps everyone here alert to thinking of others.
We look after your health
Fancy running the Belfast Marathon? Or taking part in Yoga classes, walking challenges, health assessments or even sports massages? They are all part of our regular programme of health initiatives for all employees.
We help the environment
Through activities like recycling and cycling to work schemes, company and staff together show strong commitment to helping the environment. A volunteer group manages paper, cans and plastic recycling. Energy saving is also heavily on the agenda. We encourage staff ideas and contributions.
We let you volunteer
Our sense of good citizenship and social responsibility encourages volunteering in the community through a special leave policy. Company and staff have for example supported community silver surfer days, the Young Enterprise programme and computer clubs for girls. Others have taken time off to run marathons for charity or support Child NI and Children in Need.

Northern Ireland has some of the top performing students in the UK. We're keen to encourage such students to continually reach for excellence in their studies and then to come and work for us!
