Frequently asked questions

Do I need experience in industry already?

No. We hire on potential. Your coursework, your own projects and the way you approach problems tell us plenty.

What if I need an adjustment for my interview?

We want everyone to feel comfortable and supported throughout our recruitment process. If you need any adjustments for your interview, just let our recruitment team know ahead of time and we'll work with you to make sure you have what you need.

How long do internships last?

Galway and Dublin placements run from Jan 2027 to Aug 2027, as part of your third year. Belfast placements start in Jun 2027 and run until Jun 2028.

What does the interview process involve?

Our recruitment process has a few stages to help us get to know you and your skills. After submitting your application, you'll be invited to complete a short Decision-Making and Problem-Solving quiz. We'll then shortlist candidates to progress to the next stage. If you're successful, we'll invite you to join us for an in-person interview at one of our offices. This will include competency-based questions, a short presentation where you'll talk us through a project you've prepared in advance, and a live coding exercise. Don't worry, we'll share plenty of guidance ahead of your interview so you know what to expect and have time to prepare!
