Community Impact

Our people bring their skills into the communities around us. They volunteer, fundraise, support local causes and help more young people see what a future in tech can look like.

A place where people make things better.

Our teams build technology every day. The skills behind that work can reach beyond a product, project or platform.

They can help a student try coding for the first time, support a local cause, or bring people together around something they care about.

Community impact here is practical and people-led. It is connected to our offices, our partners and the places where our people live and work.

Opening doors into tech

STEAM Studio gives students a hands-on way to explore technology.

Delivered with museum partners in Belfast and Galway, it helps pupils use collections as inspiration, shape their own game ideas and learn to code in a way that feels creative and practical.

Our employee ambassadors help bring that experience to life. They guide pupils, answer questions and show that a future in tech can start in lots of different ways.

We wanted STEAM Studio to give students a creative, practical way into technology and show them the range of careers it can open.

Supporting causes close to our teams

Some of the most meaningful impact happens close to home. Through Serve with Liberty, our people can spend time supporting local causes that matter to them.

That might mean joining a volunteering day, helping a charity in person or giving practical support behind the scenes. The activity can take different forms. What connects it is simple. People choose to use their time and energy to help others.

Giving where it matters

Our people support causes close to their hearts through fundraising, donations and team activity.

Our employee-led group, Giving, helps turn that support into action, bringing teams together around local charities and community causes.

Through our partnership with Cancer Fund for Children, that giving has a shared focus, helping support children and families when they need it most.
